I bought an evidence packet but haven't received it
Your evidence packet is available immediately after purchase on the success page. Check your email for a receipt with a download link. If you can't find it, email us with your property address and we'll resend it.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied with your evidence packet, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Do you file the protest for me?
No. We provide the evidence packet and step-by-step filing instructions, but you file the protest yourself. This means you keep 100% of any tax savings with no contingency fee.
